WISE WARRIORS is an educational support group led by Harvard neuroscientist Dr. Michael Ferguson and mentored by Buddhist master teacher Lama Tsering Yodsampa. In addition to facilitating CTSurvivor-informed mindfulness, Dr. Ferguson will also be teaching about the wholistic benefits of the awakening mind. This will be a recurring event every Monday from 8:00-9:00 pm EST (5:00-6:00 PM PST).

This group is open to CT survivors, CT-adjacent survivors, and allies.
